Q: What is GolfSouthernCal.com and the GolfSouthernCal SCGA eClub?
A: GolfSouthernCal.com is a web/email service that offers discounted golf specials and tee times, as well as official SCGA/GHIN memberships.

Q: How do the PlayGolf! Deals work?
A: 1. If you see a deal you like, verify the times, days and expiration date work with your schedule and buy it.

2. Call the golf course and make a reservation when you're ready to play.

3. Bring a printed copy of the voucher to the facility.

Please Note: Some vouchers are 100% prepaid, while others may require a balance due at the course. This is clearly noted on your voucher and throughout the purchasing process.

Q: How much does it cost to join the GolfSouthernCal Club?
A: We have different types of memberships, which offer different benefits. We have a free membership that gives you access to the PlayGolf Deals, as well as paid SCGA memberships which include additional discounts and an official SCGA/GHIN membership.

Q: Do I have to become an SCGA member to get all the discounts?
A: No; You can simply sign up for our PlayGolf Deals for free.

Q: How long is the GolfSouthernCal Club membership good for?
A: The paid memberships all expire on December 31st of the year in which they are purchased. Your free GolfSouthernCal.com account never expires unless you would like to opt out of the service.

Q: If I missed a deal and it says it's expired, can I still purchase it?
A: Nope. Unfortunately, if the deal is expired, it is no longer available for any of us.

Q: Do I have to pay for the PlayGolf Deals upfront?
A: It depends on the deal. We have some deals where we collect 100% online and other deals where you have to pay in full, or a balance when you get to the facility. All deals are clearly marked.

Q: I purchased a PlayGolf! Deal, but haven't received my voucher yet. When should I receive it?
A: You will receive your voucher automatically right after you purchase it. If you haven't received your voucher, you can always login to your account and get your voucher there. If it's not in your Inbox, you may want to check your junk mail folder.

Q: Does this SCGA Membership include an SCGA/GHIN handicap? Can I post scores online with this membership?
A: Yes. This is an official SCGA/GHIN membership, which will allow you to post your scores online and at the SCGA/GHIN kiosks where you play. This will give you an official SCGA/GHIN handicap.

Q: Can I cancel my order? Do you give Refunds?
A: Cancellations are offered within 48 hours of purchase. Because these are extremely time sensitive and deeply discounted, we do not offer full refunds or cancelations after 48 hours. If you have any questions, please use the form on our Contact Us page to send us an email.

Q: When does this promotion end and how long do I have to use it?
A: Some of our deals will have a very limited time or quantity available. Some deals will have a short window of time to purchase and you may see a countdown clock showing how much time is left. Other times a deal will end when we sell out of an allotted amount. If you are interested in a deal, we encourage you to buy it ASAP. It may sell out or the deal may end abruptly. After that it will no longer be for sale. We get a lot of requests to buy deals that are no longer available.

All of our deals have an expiration date, which is clearly printed on the voucher. Paid value does not expire.

Q: Do I need to create an account to purchase a deal?
A: You do not have to create an account, but we advise you do. If you do not create an account and purchase a deal, you will be reliant on your email to receive your voucher. If something happens and you lose your voucher, you will not be able to recover it easily.

Q: I just bought the SCGA Membership. When will I receive my number?
A: Your SCGA/GHIN number should be active within a few days of your purchase. Your SCGA membership card may take up to 30 days to be mailed to you. If you purchase your membership between October - December for the upcoming year, your membership card will not ship until late January or early February.

Q: What if I lost or can't find my voucher?
A: You can always login to your account and print your voucher directly from the website.
